Pre-purchase inspection

The items are sold in the condition they are in („sold as seen“). Signs of use, ageing and wear and tear are to be expected with second-hand goods and do not constitute a defect.
Any warranty for material defects is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability for defects that we have fraudulently concealed is not excluded.
Regarding consumers, the mandatory minimum statutory period of one year applies to second-hand goods (Art. 210 para. 4 CO); to that extent, the law takes precedence over these terms.
