About us

Who we are

Swifina equipment is the sales division of the Swifina Group, based in Switzerland. Here we are selling the fixtures, fittings and inventory of our production facility in Lotzwil BE: plant and machinery, equipment, vehicles, raw materials and finished goods — along with the equipment for a gym.

Not trade, but a fire sale

We don't buy anything in. Everything you see here comes from a single estate and has been gathered there over decades. Nothing new is coming in — the inventory is getting smaller, not bigger. Anyone who finds something suitable shouldn't wait too long.

Where the goods come from

The plant was manufactured by a Swiss producer of paints, plasters and thermal insulation systems. The plant was designed for an output of approximately 3,000 tonnes a year on a single shift designed and expandable to about 9,000 tonnes without significant investment; the storage capacity was around 2,200 pallets. What is on offer in the shop today is the substance of this operation — dissolvers and mixing plants, filling and scales, silos and screw conveyors, forklifts and trailers, workshop and storage equipment, raw materials and packaged finished goods.

The factory building itself is not included in the offer.

The stock has been recorded

The basis is a complete inventory from 30 October 2023 with around 1,500 items. Every article in the shop carries its inventory number, making it clear what we are talking about. Where there are multiple identical pieces, the quantity is stated alongside it.

This is how a purchase works

Price on application for everything that is not specified — larger systems are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Viewing in Lotzwil by appointment. Anyone seriously interested should take a look.
Sold as seen, from premises.
Dismantling, loading and transport paid by the buyer.
Individually or as a lot. We can talk about the price when taking over larger parts of the stock.

What we guarantee — and what we don't

We describe what we know, and include what we do not know. For a large part of the stock, «condition untested» is explicitly stated. Where a machine has been tested, serviced or repaired, it is stated in the item description, and we provide the receipt. As a private sale from our own inventory, the sale takes place without warranty; the prices are set accordingly and you are welcome to inspect everything beforehand.
