About us

About us

Who we are

Swifina Immobilien GmbH, based in DE-79730 Murg, Baden-Württemberg, is part of the Swifina Group, which has been in existence since 2006. We own, let and sell residential and commercial units in the southern Black Forest and the High Rhine region — exclusively our own properties.

How we work

A small house, short distances. Whoever calls speaks to someone who knows the property and has the authority to make decisions. We manage things ourselves, we remodel ourselves, and we know every one of our houses from the inside. We organise maintenance and repairs through local tradespeople who have been working for us for years.

Where we come from

The group has grown out of the building materials business: paints, renders and thermal insulation for painters and plasterers in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. It is from this era that our understanding of what a building needs stems — and it benefits our own houses.

Our mission statement

Live with us …

We treat our tenants the way we would want to be treated ourselves: reliably, directly and without small print.
