Application now described in four steps

How the allocation of one of our flats works is now in the right-hand column: initial contact, property viewing, tenant self-disclosure form, tenancy agreement.

This allows you to see at a glance what is needed from you and when — and what comes from us.

In four steps

This is the process for allocating one of our apartments.

1 First contact Let us know which flat you are interested in and introduce yourself briefly – online or via PDF. We will get back to you. First contact
2 Property viewing We invite you to an appointment. You can take your time looking at the flat and the building, and ask any questions.
3 tenant's self-disclosure form If you would like to rent the apartment, please fill out the form and send it along with the documents to mail@swifina.com. tenant's self-disclosure form
4 Tenancy agreement If both sides decide on each other, we will draw up the tenancy agreement and coordinate the handover date with you.

The flat has found new occupants. We warmly welcome our new tenants and wish them a great start in their new home.

We would like to thank all applicants for their trust. We sincerely apologise that, given the overwhelming response, we were not able to reply to every message — for a number of enquiries, the flat was let faster than we could respond. Perhaps it will work out next time.
