With a fully equipped press are bench press, squats, pull-ups, rowing, neck and back pulls, as well as leg curls and further exercises possible.
Other variants of the Smith machine are only designed for certain training methods, but are also more reasonably priced for it.
Should you need any additional accessories, such as further weights, dumbbells or protective mats, you can usually simply purchase these separately and use them with your press.
