We let residential and commercial units from our own portfolio — in Switzerland and the Southern Black Forest. Contracts, administration and management are handled directly by us, without any intermediaries. You have a single point of contact who knows the property.

Sale

We offer properties from our own portfolio directly. We handle the documentation, viewings and negotiations ourselves. What you see here belongs to us — we do not act as agents for third-party properties.

Support during the tenancy

We organise maintenance, repairs and billing ourselves or via local tradespeople who have been working for us for years. Short channels instead of a ticket system.

Experience in the building materials business

Behind Swifina Immobilien is a career that began in 1977 with an apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher: chemical engineering studies in Stuttgart, from 1986 head of laboratory for research and development of mineral paints and renders at Sto AG, from 1990 technical director at Sax-Farben AG, followed by his own paint and render factories. Anyone who has coated facades for a professional lifetime can tell what a building needs by looking at it — and that benefits our own houses.
