About us
Who we are
Swifina Real Estate belongs to the Swifina Group, based in Stein AG. The group has been established since 2006. We own, let and sell residential and commercial units in Switzerland and Germany — exclusively our own properties.
How we work
A small building, short lines of communication. Whoever calls speaks to someone who knows the property and has the authority to decide. We manage ourselves, we convert ourselves, and we know every single one of our buildings inside out.
Where we come from
The group has grown out of the building materials business: paints, renders and thermal insulation for painters and plasterers in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Our reference projects — and our understanding of what a building needs — stem from this era.
Our mission statement
Live with us …
We treat our tenants the way we would want to be treated ourselves: reliably, directly and without small print.
