The Power Plate my5 model is the latest addition to the home equipment range. It is characterised by a wide range of setting options. This means that the Power Plate can be individually adapted to the training condition, training goal and individual sensation. Freely selectable time intervals can be combined with different programmes and amplitudes. Increased maximum load on muscles and bones, 5.5 G instead of 3.9 G (higher intensity). You will also find a time indication on the lower part of the device, as with the professional device. The device can also be controlled by remote control.
